General Information
Several factors come into play when determining pricing, whether it be for a monument,
a marker a
sign, a countertop, a
mausoleum, or a bench. This is true
regardless of where a product is purchased. There are seven simple points to remember
when determining what the price of an item will be. They
are:

Material (including quality
grade of each)

Color
(prices vary by color)

Amount and style of lettering

Amount of carving/etching on the stone

Size of the item
-
Amount of polishing done on the
stone (applies to granite only)

Shape of the stone
(custom shapes require more time/labor)
These seven points collectively will determine the price of an item. The final contributor to price is the selection of
accessories, such as vases, lights, candles, statues, etc.
